TEAM BUILDING FORMAT
The Mount Olympus Games
The gods are watching. The teams compete.
A team competition with challenges that do not require athletes. The highest-energy format in the catalogue, and the one where even the people who usually stay on the sidelines take part.

How it runs
- 1Teams choose their names, colours and battle cry. It opens with a ceremony.
- 2Challenges follow quickly — sporting, dexterity, team based.
- 3Scores go up after every round, so the tension builds.
- 4It closes with an award ceremony and photographs.
What it trains
- +Belonging — people root for their team, and it shows on Monday
- +Involving the quiet ones, because the challenges do not demand performance
- +Real energy and disconnection
- +Healthy rivalry between departments
The part others skip
Every challenge ends with a structured conversation: what happened, who did what, what it resembles in your Monday work. Without that conversation, team building is entertainment and is forgotten in two weeks. With it, the team leaves with three written commitments about how it works from now on — and thirty days later we check whether they held.
Which team it makes sense for
Company events where the point is the atmosphere and people already know each other. Good as part of a longer corporate day, alongside a picnic or a party.
