Who we are
rarepeople.md is operated by GLOBAL FANTASTIC S.R.L., IDNO 1022600056950, and RARE PEOPLE S.R.L., IDNO 1024600014967, both of Chișinău — the data controllers within the meaning of Law no. 195/2024 and of the GDPR. Contact for any question about your data: mihail@rarepeople.md.
What data we collect
- The contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company (optional) and your message. We use them only to answer your request. They land in our inbox and in an internal Telegram notification.
- The free materials: your email address, with your explicit consent, so we can send you the material and, occasionally, useful content. The list is hosted with Brevo (EU). You unsubscribe with one click, any time.
- Bookings: if you book a consultation, the data goes into Calendly — which loads only after you press the booking button.
- Technical: the hosting (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs (IP, time) for security. We do not combine them with anything and we do not build profiles.
Legal bases
Answering your request — steps prior to entering a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Emails with materials — consent (point (a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Security logs — legitimate interest (point (f)).
How long we keep it
Correspondence — for as long as the business relationship lasts, at most 3 years from the last contact. Subscription to the materials — until you unsubscribe. We never sell or rent anyone's data, ever.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection — write to mihail@rarepeople.md and we settle it within 30 days at most. If you are not satisfied, you can turn to the CNPDCP (datepersonale.md).
