TEAM BUILDING FORMAT
Forest Quest
A forest, a map and a scoreboard.
Team challenges and orienteering, outdoors. The simplest of our outdoor formats to organise, and the one that scales most easily to large groups.

How it runs
- 1Teams get the map, the checkpoints and the order in which they may take them.
- 2At every point there is a challenge — physical, logical or dexterity based.
- 3The route is chosen freely. Whoever plans the order well gains time.
- 4Points add up; the ranking is announced at the end.
What it trains
- +Splitting roles according to what each person is actually good at
- +Orienteering and quick decisions in the field
- +Healthy competition between teams from the same company
- +Physical energy and time away from screens
The part others skip
Every challenge ends with a structured conversation: what happened, who did what, what it resembles in your Monday work. Without that conversation, team building is entertainment and is forgotten in two weeks. With it, the team leaves with three written commitments about how it works from now on — and thirty days later we check whether they held.
Which team it makes sense for
Large mixed teams where you want everyone to take part without special preparation. Also works well as the second day of a corporate event, after a day of meetings.
What to know upfront
- ·Depends heavily on location and weather — we choose the place together, in advance.
- ·Requires suitable clothing and footwear. We brief the participants.
- ·For groups above 100 we work with several coordinators along the route.
Let's talk about your numbers.
