TEAM BUILDING FORMAT

Corporate Drive

The teams get into cars and drive off. The city becomes the board.

Logic and creativity tasks, geographical locations to find, limited time. The most logistically complex format we deliver — and the one that shows most clearly who actually leads a team under pressure.

Outdoor

How it runs

  1. 1Each team receives a car, a route and a pack of missions.
  2. 2Locations are not given directly — they are deduced from logic clues or observation.
  3. 3At every point a coordinator waits with the challenge for that spot.
  4. 4The clock runs. The order of the locations is the team’s choice — and that is often where it is won or lost.

What it trains

  • +Decisions under time pressure, with incomplete information
  • +Splitting roles without anyone from outside assigning them
  • +Negotiating inside the team when two opinions collide
  • +Orienteering, applied logic and working with limited resources

The part others skip

Every challenge ends with a structured conversation: what happened, who did what, what it resembles in your Monday work. Without that conversation, team building is entertainment and is forgotten in two weeks. With it, the team leaves with three written commitments about how it works from now on — and thirty days later we check whether they held.

Which team it makes sense for

Teams that already know each other and need something other than one more barbecue. Works very well for sales teams and for mixed teams from departments that do not normally work together. Not suitable for groups where many people do not drive or where the composition makes splitting across cars impossible.

What to know upfront

  • ·Requires cars — yours or rented — and drivers with valid licences.
  • ·We build and test the route beforehand, with coordinators at every point.
  • ·Less weather dependent than other outdoor formats, but more traffic dependent.
  • ·Needs at least two weeks of preparation. This is not a next-week format.
